Overhills Mansion
Set on 30 pristine acres, Overhills Mansion is a spacious wedding venue that is stately in every way. The historic home makes a stunning first impression, with its white columns and picturesque verandas, and continues to impress throughout. Constructed in 1897, the interior is filled with elegant touches that compliment any wedding style or theme.
The Overhills Mansion Wedding
Even though the day was a little gray, this affair was anything but, filled with beautiful sunflower accents throughout, from the cake to the reception signage. The actual ceremony took place nearby, at the charming Grace Episcopal Church. With its stone exterior and carefully manicured landscaping, it was the perfect spot to capture a few family portraits, before heading off to the evening reception, held at the Overhills Mansion.
We grabbed some lovely shots of the bride and groom around the gorgeous Overhills Mansion grounds, before some group photos (both silly and serious!) with the bridal party. The reception was thoroughly fun and filled with unique touches, from the giant Jenga to the trays upon trays of homemade cookies provided by the lucky couple’s family.
