Answer: As soon as possible, we book these services on a first come first serve basis.

Question: Is there any way we can get raw file of the pictures? The quality or the resolution of the pictures seem really bad. I don’t know if that is because of the filters that has been used, but pictures don’t look clear.

Answer: Unfortunately, we do not deliver raw files to clients per contract as we hold the copyright ownership of all photographic works. All images at the photographer’s discretion, artistic and creative standards. We work hard to edit photos via Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop and do not use filters. The images are delivered at or around 4,000 pixels which is a full resolution file as promised in the contract.
