Braeloch on Glenburn Farms Wedding Photos | Vinton, VA Photographer | Shannon & Christopher

Located just outside Roanoke, Braeloch on Glenburn Farms is a perfect spot for a rustic, chic, fall wedding. The beautiful outdoor space offers uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside, and the indoor space is filled with gleaming wood, expansive windows and lovely lighting features.

Hidden Creek Country Club Wedding Photos | Reston, VA Photographer | HeidiAnne & Samuel

Just outside of D.C., Hidden Creek Country Club is right in the heart of Reston, a fairly new community ranked one of the best places to live in the country. The club, surrounded by rolling green courses, can fit up to 200 wedding guests in its beautiful ballroom.

Potomac Point Winery Wedding Photos | Stafford, VA Photographer | Beth & John

This Mediterranean and Tuscan-inspired winery is gorgeous for a wedding, no matter the season! With a ballroom, patio, wine cave and barrel room, there are plenty of spaces to incorporate into your big day…and they’re all so beautiful, you’ll definitely want to! Plus, with the abundance of flowing wine, you won’t have any trouble keeping your wine-loving guests happy.

Capitol View at 400 Wedding | Washington, D.C. Photographer | Malia & Rob

Washington, D.C., like any great city, provides almost endless beautiful and magnificent wedding venues. However, D.C. offers something the others do not. There’s a certain history, a certain elegance and a little bit of dramatic flair that can be found in the wedding venues of the nation’s capitol. The streets themselves even beckon for a few timeless wedding photos (a call we gladly followed).

The Exorcist Wedding Styled Shoot // Georgetown Photographer // Washington, DC

When you stumble across an abandoned house in Texas…just leave it be. This bride found out the hard way that Leatherface and his family don’t play any games…unless there’s a chainsaw and meathook involved.

While these shots spare you the gore of the original horror flick and subsequent franchise, you will find the bride and groom do have a taste for the unsettling…scorpions, raw meat and a snake with the cake? There still seems to be something gruesome going on here. We’d try to put a finger on what exactly it is, but we wouldn’t want to lose one.

Looking for a little something blue for your wedding? Look no further than Blue Hill Farm. This gorgeous, countryside escape is a little bit of Loudoun County heaven. Easily accessible from D.C., right in the heart of wine country and chockfull of all the historic appeal you could want, the area is a great one. Blue Hill Farm, however, stands out with its rolling green lawn, rustic barn, farmhouse and carriage house.
