We spent the hour walking around cobblestone streets and scenic architecture to grab some amazing photos.

Mariann & Pat are an absolute joy to work with. We had the pleasure of photographing their wedding day on April 6th, 2019 at Westfields Golf Club. The Barn at Willow Brook Elopement Photos | Leesburg, VA Photographer | Christina & Sean

There are not enough kind words to describe this loving couple. Christina & Sean were an absolute thrill to work with for their elopement. They exchanged the sweetest vows and tied the knot in front of their virtual family & friends through a livestream! After the ceremony, we walked around the gorgeous grounds at The Barn at Willow Brook and got some stunning photos of the newlyweds. We couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop for their elopement photos!

National Arboretum Engagement Session | Washington, DC Photographer | Rachael & Elliot

This awesome location is a perfect place for a romantic engagement session. The magnificent columns are an iconic touch to your amazing photos. The gardens add a magical quality to your engagement photos when you and your soon to be husband or wife are walking through them. It doesn’t get much better than a location like this!

Lincoln Memorial Engagement Session | Washington, DC Photographer | Colin & Katie

This elegant engagement session took place at the historic Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC. The views of the reflecting pool and Washington Monument are only the best, creating awesome portraits for your engagement session. The huge columns create such an interesting atmosphere to take photos at. We walked around the memorials getting great photos of these two lovebirds.

St. Ambrose Catholic Church Elopement Photos | Annandale, Virginia Photographer | Chrissy & Evan

This lovely elopement took place at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Annandale, VA. Chrissy & Evan were suppose to get married June 6th, 2020 but due to COVID-19 they postponed their celebration till next year. However, that didn’t stop them from tying the knot anyway with their family by their side. They exchanged loving vows and said, “I do” in front of their immediate family.

Capitol Hill Engagement Photos | Washington, DC Photographer | Alex & Christopher

This awesome engagement session with Alex & Christopher took place at 7:00am right in front of the Capitol in DC. This super sweet couple also brought along their Golden Retriever to make these photos that much more memorable. We also got to walk around the Capitol Hill neighborhood and saw some cool side streets that made for an awesome backdrop.

Bluemont Vineyard Elopement Photos | Bluemont, VA Photographer | Kerianne & Sam

Due to COVID-19, Kerianne & Sam have postponed their wedding until May 20th, 2021. However they still had a small ceremony with only their close family and friends at the gorgeous Bluemont Vineyard. Before the ceremony, we got some amazing photos of the bride getting ready at the venue. Next came a super sweet first look where Sam got to see Kerianne for the first time in her wedding attire. Next came the ceremony where these two exchanged loving vows in front of their close family and friends and became husband & wife! We are so happy for Kerianne & Sam and can’t wait to help them celebrate again next May!

Everything You Need to Know About Elopements & Micro Weddings

You might be asking yourself this: what does it mean to elope? Well, elopements are usually gatherings of 10 or less people to celebrate your marriage. You can elope WHEREVER you want. Want to say, “I do” on top of a mountain? DO IT. Want to exchange your vows at the courthouse? Go for it! Elopements are great because all that matters is you and your fiancé.
