Once in the gallery go to view on the bottom left corner. “Favorite” 60-70 of the images starting from getting ready details all the way to the sparkler exit. Stay away from family formals and individual bridesmaid and groomsmen shots. Try to tell a story of the day though the images you choose. See the other blogs as an example.
Go to the “favorite” heart on the upper right-hand corner of the page to download your favorites. On the download page, download in High Resolution. If you stay on that page it will give you the option to download, or you can wait until it sends you an email.

The title of the blog should be as follows Wedding Venue Wedding Photos | City, State | Client Names
Title paragraph 1 “venue name” i.e. “The Glasgow Farm” (heading 1) In a paragraph, describe the venue using descriptive keywords that compliment the venue. Google venue for inspiration of the venue’s style. i.e. The Glasgow Farm wedding was such a great wedding to photograph. This early 1900’s barn and farmhouse was a great rustic setting for this vintage chic wedding.
For the venue blurb, you can copy and paste from a previous blog with the same venue if applicable.
Title paragraph 2 “client name wedding” i.e. “Ryan & Kelly’s Wedding” (heading 1). In a paragraph, describe the wedding day using key descriptive keywords that compliment the style of the wedding.
Title paragraph 3 “Amazing Vendors” (heading 1). List each vendor. Link the vendor name to their website. Click the link icon above the vendor section and add vendor website url. Important Be sure to check open in new window.
Below the vendors click the + button on the right and click image. important Do not hit gallery it does not allow for SEO boosting.
Add each photo separately in chronological order starting with details and ending with the grand exit. On the import photo section scroll down until it gives you a box for the file name, change each file name to key words for SEO. For example if you are doing a blog for a Linclon Memorial engagement session, change the file name from “maryandrob3.png” to “Lincoln Memorial Engagement Session, DC photographer, lincoln memorial engagement, dc engagement photographer, dc engagement photos”. Copy and paste this to each photo.
Once the content is finished toggle to the “options” tab, make sure the best image is selected for the thumbnail image and copy and paste the title to the excerpt section. Then toggle to the SEO tab and copy and paste the title to both the SEO Title and SEO Description. Next go on to the Social tab and add the same picture that you used for the thumbnail. Ignore the share tab and move on to the location tab and add the address of the venue.
At the bottom of the window are tags and categories. These are similar to hashtags. Use as many as you can that are relevant to the post to boost SEO.
Hit save and publish or schedule you post for later. I typically schedule it to post at 7:00 am before the social media posts at 8:00 am. Then schedule your social media post that points them to the blog with the same post date. ie “Katie & Josh’s Beautiful Wedding is up on the blog! Link in the bio”.
Then you’re done!
