The BARN at Serra Valley Farms Wedding
The BARN at Serra Valley Farms is an amazing rustic wedding venue surrounded by tall enchanting Oak trees. The barn itself sits back at the rear of the property and is quite disguised until you make your way to the end of the long stone driveway giving it a private party feel in Mt. Airy, MD.
The Bride and Groom
Erin and Ed’s wedding was nothing short of unique. This skull and bones Halloween inspired wedding had everyone oohhh and ahh’ing. We love it when the bride and groom has that creative side and truly bring their vision to life. To give you an idea of Erin’s creativeness, the day before the wedding she buried a bottle of whiskey for the guys to find with a weathered treasure map during the reception. How freakin’ cool?! During the reception I headed up to the cornhole boards to grab a couple shots of the guys playing and someone hollered out “hey we’re going to go get the whiskey, come on man”. Before I knew it I was in the backseat of a 90’s Ford Taurus on the hunt for some whiskey. So the images we did capture were lit with a flashlight, which I think made for a cool effect to the “treasure hunt” photos. We had a lot of fun with these guys and are so excited to share with you their photos.
