Event Coordinator

Bakerture is looking for a logistics guru to join our operations team. The candidate will aide in the success of engagement and wedding photo + video projects in concordance with our creative team. Our Event Coordinator will play a critical role in our busy wedding schedule. This position will work directly with the Studio Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate talent, gear and logistics for wedding assignments

  • Attend venue walk-throughs

  • Craft wedding event timelines

  • Host creative team meetings

  • Keep inventory of gear 

  • Assist with gear prep

  • Manage bookings with sales associate (proposals, invoices, contracts)

  • Contract talent as needed

  • Maintain client deliverables

  • Maintain vendor + venue relationships

  • Attend bridal shows + networking events

 

Qualifications

  • At least 1-3 years experience with event planning

  • Must have strong communication + organizational skills

  • Must be a self starter

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Proficient typing skills and proper grammar usage

  • Customer focused

  • Training/Educational skills a plus
