The National Mall

There are few places as iconic, memorable and historic as the National Mall in Washington, D.C. For those looking for a timeless, elegant or just architecturally outstanding spot for their engagement photos, there’s little reason to look elsewhere. Though you’d think the popular attractions would be difficult for an engagement shoot, Shawn and Sarah’s photo session was a breeze, made all the more perfect by the lovely couple’s unique touches.  

The Couple

Shawn and Sarah certainly came equipped to their photo shoot! Shawn created a special scrapbook for Sarah, which the two shared during the session (creating some picture-perfect moments!), before popping a bottle of bubbly. Sarah and Shawn are both from the Carolinas, and were engaged in Georgetown. The two plan to be married this August, at The Barns at Hamilton Station Vineyards.
