We actually had to reschedule Erin and Peter twice due to inclement weather. I mean it was 40 degrees out one Saturday! Luckily, this past Sunday was right around 60 degrees and the sun was out which made for perfect weather to shoot an amazing couple. We haven't had the chance to shoot in Georgetown yet so it was great to get some new scenery. Upon meeting Erin and Peter, our introductions led into a great conversation about their trip to California and Napa Valley where Peter proposed to Erin. We shared a common interest in hiking and as I was excitedly telling them we did a pretty strenuous 3 mile hike to Vernal Falls at Yosemite, I didn't realize that they are both pretty serious hikers and did 15 miles around Yosemite!
The sun began to set and we strolled around Georgetown's beautiful cityscape shooting in every nook and cranny. Peter joked about being a JCPenny model so we were continually laughing as he struck some funny poses and Erin graduated from Georgetown so she was the perfect tour guide. We are excited for their wedding this fall at the extraordinary Whitehall Manor.
